About Lenisna at Dr Azoo
Lenisna is a PDLLA and hyaluronic acid hybrid designed for deeper placement. Over a course it stimulates collagen in the subdermal layer, giving a gradual, soft lift to lax cheeks, folds and the jawline.

How the appointment runs

Consultation
A full facial assessment, medical history and a frank conversation about what is achievable, and what is not.

Treatment
Placed subdermally with a cannula or fine needle. Around 45 minutes including preparation.

Afterwards
Some swelling and small raised points for a day or two. Massage as Dr Azoo advises.
- 04
Two-week review
Dr Azoo sees you again to check the result and plan anything further. Reviews are included.
Before and after your appointment
Dr Azoo goes through this with you at your consultation. These points are a reminder, and he will adjust them to you.
Before your appointment
- Tell Dr Azoo about your medicines, allergies, and whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwell.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.
- Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen unless a doctor has prescribed it for you. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
- Come without make-up on the area if you can, or be ready for it to be cleaned.
- Plan for two or three sessions, about a month apart.
Aftercare
- Some swelling and small raised points for a day or two are normal.
- Leave make-up off the area for 24 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and swimming for 24 hours.
- Massage only if Dr Azoo has shown you how.
- Very little shows on the day. The lift develops over the following weeks.
- Contact the clinic promptly if pain is increasing, the skin changes colour, or anything worries you.
Common questions
How is Lenisna different from Juvelook?
Lenisna carries about four times the polymer load at a larger particle size and is placed deeper, so it builds structural support. Juvelook works in the dermis on texture and hydration.
Will I see a change straight away?
Very little on the day. The lift develops as your own collagen builds over the following weeks, which is why results look natural.
Is it a filler?
No. The hyaluronic acid carrier is not cross-linked, so it does not hold shape. The change comes from collagen.
Which regenerative treatment?
Juvelook, Lenisna and Neauvia Stimulate all stimulate your own collagen. Dr Azoo chooses between them, or combines them, from your facial assessment.
